Using the tool provided by Wiseman I\'ve gone through and reduced the normal maps (like Wiseman did for his original texture packs) for Shivering Isles. Improved Framerates with no major reduction in visual quality!

If you have ever gone into Mania and bemoaned how massive the performance hit is then you need to try this solution. Using reduced normal maps you can run the large textures and experience smooth game play in Shivering Isles.
This "texture" pack provides reduced normals for Shivering Isles architecture, clutter, effects, landscapelod, plants, trees, armor, dungeons, landscape, obelisk, rocks, and weapons.
I did not reduce any normals that were already small in size.
I recommended using Wrye Bash's replacers feature for ease of uninstall or modification.
This mod would not be possible without Wiseman's tool, Bethesda's textures, and my husband's extensive play testing.
