The new Construction Set (1.2.404) has a spellchecking function, but of course it doesn't have any (or many) Oblivion-specific words in it.
While correcting errors in Oblivion's dialog, journal and books for the Unofficial Oblivion Patch and then the Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch, I was using UltraEdit, and adding words to a user dictionary. By a stroke of luck, UltraEdit uses the same spellchecker that the Construction Set does, so the user dictionary I made can be used in the Construction Set directly without any modifications.
Because I scanned the vast majority of the text in the game, almost every Oblivion-specific word is here (ie locations, NPC names, etc.) That annoying spellcheck popup should appear a lot less now!
