The full name was "Ultimate Infinite Unofficial Unlimited Special Mage Gameplay Cheat Mod Featuring Enchantment, Spellmaking, Soul Gems, Cost, Charges, Velocity, and Slightly More" but the title understandably got cut off. :(
This mod simply changes many aspects of (mostly) magical gameplay to make it more fun for the "sandbox" user. An extended God Mode, if you will. Features include:
========================
3 Custom Made spells
The first just contains every fairly reasonable spell effect in the game, at novice level, at one magicka, so that you can easily use them all in spellmaking/enchanting. By "fairly reasonable," I don't mean just the ones the game lets you normally use only, and I don't mean every one in the game files; for example, I included such spells as "Lock," "Darkness," "Sun Damage," etc., but not those such as "Mehrunes Dagon Custom Effect," "Scripted Effect," or "Summon Sheogorath's Staff." If you want to see the full list of allowed/disallowed spells, just open it up in the construction set, view the spell, and view all the spell effects that are in/aren't in. DO NOT CAST THIS SPELL.
The second is a self-cast "Mass Debuff" spell that is just a really huge dispel, at 0 magicka. This should be enough to dispel anything on yourself.
The third is just a Detect life spell, at 1000 feet for a very, very long time that I threw in there for hoots. You'll probably never have to cast it more than once; it's so long it's almost a constant effect. However, "Mass Debuff" can rid you of this, should you no longer want it. This is at 0 magicka as well.
To get these spells, either start a new game (I marked them as PC start spells, ergo they *should* be already in your, um, spellbook, when you start the game), or go to the Chorrol Mages Guild and buy them from either Alberic Litte or Athragar. They are all free.
========================
Enchanting/Spellmaking Unlocker
I went through every spell effect in the game and checked off more spell effects allowed for enchanting/spellmaking. Of course, I left some out, even more so than with my custom made spell for enchantments (Bound armor on armor? No.).
Basically anything that was logical to be added in to either was, including things like "Resist Water Damage," which I believe applies to the lava.
========================
Gold Cost Reduction
You will be able to afford any spell or enchantment you make, unless you are pitifully poor. Seriously, the cost is tiny, oftentimes 0.
========================
Soul Gem Massive Charge Boost
I basically multiplied the charge of all Soul Gems by one million. Also the max charge per strike on enchanted weapons was raised to match, so you could feasibly discharge the weapon in one strike, though with such a high enchantment limit that's probably unlikely.
So Grand Soul Gems are now worth 1,600,000,000 in charge, and you can discharge all of that in one mighty strike if it pleases you.
========================
Increased Velocity and Range
All spell effects that can be fired as a projectile had their speed quadrupled from 1 to 4.
They can also go twice as far now.
========================
Decreased Base Spell Cost
All spells are at least 90% cheaper in magicka cost, the really expensive spells are even cheaper, as much as 99.99%.
========================
Massive Apparel Enchantments
They're really huge. I basically slapped a "x5000" modifier into the formula, ergo it's not going to be exactly x5000 times what you expect. Far from it, probably. But very high nonetheless. Unfortunately this makes it impossible to enchant moderately while this mod is active; see the note farther below.
========================
Miscellaneous Other Things
I made it so you can brew potions and repair items while in combat.
========================
Also
I recommend you download "Raised Spellmaking and Enchantment Limits," along with "Acidons Enchantment Fix." The former triples spellmaking max limits, the latter makes it so any non-custom-user created weapon will never run out of charge. If you play it moderately with this mod, you should probably never run out of charge on custom weapons either.
If I get bored I'll put links to them there, and reasons I didn't incorporate those into this mod:
1. For the former, I can't figure out how it was done, to be honest; otherwise I would have made it 10x rather than the current 3x.
2. For the latter, hell if I'm going to put up with editing every enchanted weapon in the game and making it so they can't decharge. I could merge it with obmm with probably good results, but oh well.
========================
Awww...
I couldn't change whether a spell was Self, Targeted, or Touch, which is a real bummer. Targeted Sun Damage would be badass. Maybe OBSE can do it or something, I'll look into it.
========================
***VERY IMPORTANT NOTE***
This will probably only work with Shivering Isles installed, seeing as it can summon Dark Seducers and the like.
Remember to rate and comment, and tell me about any bugs or obvious typos I may have made that you noticed.
========================
History:
0.7b: Made it.
0.8b: Reduced base cost of all items by finding some cool variable. Also buffed clothing/armor enchantments massively. This unfortunately has the downside of being unable to create moderate enchantments.
0.8c: Fixed a bug because I was messing around with variables that I thought I knew the purpose of; turns out I was wrong. It's not a big bug, but fixed. Also doubled speed from the last one (making it quadruple vanilla speed). And, um, I forgot to advertise that this mod also doubles the range, so I did that.
========================
A Note on Apparel Enchanting
If you want to have moderate enchantments, download the file called "Ditto," it's 0.7b. The only downside with this choice is that the 90% spell cost reduction is gone, but with massive soul gems and god mode, it's not really a big deal. However, with the introduction of 0.8c, you also miss out on bugfixes and increased projectile speed; I may have to just upload a different version for those of you who want moderate ones. Comment if you care.

I didn't disable ratings, wtf :(
