The idea behind the Lithium Flower Housing Project is simple: Not everyone wants to purchase the stock houses provided by the game in each of the cities, especially the shacks for sale in the Imperial City, Bravil and Leyawiin. I intend to provide alternate rooms available for long lease in one of the Inns of each city which the player can purchase, at competitive prices and complete with furnishings. I do not promise that they will cheap, especially the the deluxe suite available in the Imperial City but they will cost less than a comparable house in the city in question. The reason I insisted on leases is rather simple and technical: you cannot sell a portion of a whole building but you can lease it!
The first plugin in this series was the Lithium Flower Imperial City Suite, followed soon after by a room in Bravil.

Leyawiin Suite

This plugin adds a room buyable by the player in Leyawiin. To start the quest, the player must find an advertisement flyer in the city and read it. These can be found scattered around the town, at the cathedral, guild halls and shops, as well as in any of the city's two Inns.
The room comes with 10 containers, all safe for storage (non-respawning) and 1 respawning cupboard for food and drinks.
There is also daylight dependent lighting near the window area to simulate sunlight filtering in during the day, and the area falling dark by night.

Installation
This archive should consist of:
1. Lithium_Flower_Leyawiin_v01.esp
2. 1 X screenshot
3. Readme
4. OMOD conversion data
Manual Installation: Just copy the esp into your data folder and check it from the Data files menu in the Oblivion launcher.
OBMM installation: Launch OBMM and click create, point it to the extracted folder of this archive and it should report the existence of OMOD conversion data. Select yes to import and then click ok to create the OMOD. Activate it and then select Launch Oblivion to start playing.

Bugs/Errors
As previously, you will not be able to "take" the flyers from inside the Inns and shops without being reported for theft if seen. I have not been able to set ownership of the flyers to none as a result they belong to the Inn-owner. I have left unowned flyers in the guilds and at the cathedral, but in any case, to start the quest you only need to have read the flyer. Look out for reddened icons!
