In vanilla Oblivion, running around in one's underwear is commonly accepted. Somewhat weird. This mod will vary the reactions given to those standing out this way. Some will just find it amusing, others will avert their eyes or, on occasion, flee outright. The guards also won't take kindly to it. Those with high personalities will also experience certain... Positive effects when speaking with members of the opposite sex.

*Note that, for the time being, this mod afffects only the player character. This is due to the large(ish. Large enough to be a problem, anyway) amount of mods out there that add scantily clad NPCs, and various scripting issues.

Installation:

*OBLIVION SCRIPT EXTENDER REQUIRED!
Extract the .rar archive to Oblivion/Data, then activate it as you would any other plugin, using the Oblivion launcher's "Data files" section, or Oblivion Mod Manager.

Conflicts:

This will conflict with any mod that adds clothing items that occupy multiple body slots including the upper or lower ones, without taking up the exact same slots as robes (Upper and Lower) or Raiments (Upper, Lower, Hands, and Feet). The mod will still be usable, but you will be treated as unclothed when wearing the item.

-Bug where females are considered uncovered when wearing robes/raiments fixed.

-Charming people no longer causes annoying green lights and sound effects. The Nocharm version will remain in case anyone still wants it.

-Fixed various oversights. For example, the spells that govern NPC reactions are no longer subject to spell absorbtion/reflection.
-Added the game's default Dremora to the charm racelist, just in case.
-Altered the guards to run to arrest you for indecenct exposure, instead of just walking.
-Tried to create a charm system that's not reliant on the spell effect, failed.
-Halved the time you have to find some clothes after being arrested for indecent exposure.
-Altered the method of determining charm effects to be more fair.
