New Waterfront Shops(modders resource) ==================== this mod adds upto 3 extra shops OR houses, which can be used for either a shop or a house or anything you so choose. All 3 building are empty, have a basement and an attic. All 3 buildings also have chest with the keys for all 3 doors (used for reference) so can be deleted from the

this mod adds upto 3 extra shops OR houses, which can be used for either a shop or a house or anything you so choose. All 3 building are empty, have a basement and an attic.
All 3 buildings also have chest with the keys for all 3 doors (used for reference) so can be deleted from the shop if needed.
i've included a few different versions incase only single buildings are needed, numbered 1,2,6 (see screenshot).
files are as follows:-
NewWaterfrontShops1.esp (single shop)
NewWaterfrontShops2.esp (single shop)
NewWaterfrontShops6.esp (single shop)
NewWaterfrontShops126.esp (all 3 combined)
Another reason why there are a few mods that have already have a house placed at "building 6" location, so it doesnt clash with them.
finally dont mix the mods ie dont mix shops126 with 1,2 or 6 as it might cause errors, but you can mix 1,2 or 6 together.
if you use these mods, please included my name in any read me, thats all i ask :)
