This mod combines Morbus's Better Bell Sounds and Tom Supergan's VWD Chapels bell script to make the chapel bells heard inside and outside of the city walls as well as the inside of chapels too(only applicable to city chapels excluding Kvatch which is not a feature of vanilla Oblivion)
I have increased the volume of the chapel bells a tad so you can hear them from farther away.
Installation:
Unzip and place into your Oblivion\data folder and check the esp at startup or create an omod out of this omod ready file. If you don't use obmm you can delete the conversion data.
