Sorry Patrick Stewart, but most people don't want to follow you to your death EVERY single time they make a new character.
This mod is mainly intended as a proof of concept, one way to reroute character generation somewhere else and skip the Dungeon tutorial entirely, while leaving the game's MQ relatively intact. Starts the new player in their own really simple house near the not-so-scenic border with a new way to launch the main quest. It could also be used as a modder's resource for Total/Partial Conversion modders who want to change the player start location in Oblivion. For experienced modders, it should be trivial to for instance make the player start their game in a cave, a dungeon, a desert island, or underwater I guess...

Usage:

Activate the plugin in Data Files like you normally would, and use with a NEW game.
What would be the point, otherwise? After watching - or skipping! - the intro cinematic, you shouldn't end up in the default prison cell, but in a farmhouse in the middle of nowhere, where you'll pick your race and class as usual. Read the letter, and it'll start up the main quest and give you the Amulet of Kings, so you can be on your way to Jauffre or SI or KOTN or off to pick up Horse Armor even faster. Activate the door, you'll be able to choose your birthsign, use the key and be on your merry way.

Bugfest:
I have tested it quite a bit and it's fine. So it should be fine for you.
But with the amount of main quest editing done, I wouldn't be too surprised if there's some bugs wanting to be squashed, somehow.
So, have fun, save often. Anyway, try a character, it's nice to start somewhere other than in a dungeon.
I suspect most conflicts will be with other mods that do this and race mod workarounds.
