This mod is exclusively done for mod developers and is supposed to help them create mod trailers. With the Trailer Camera, shots and movements which were hard or impossibly realizable in vanilla Oblivion are possible now - by name this is the vertical movement up respectively down and a soft 360° rotation to the left or the right. Both movements can be combined with each other, what allows for professional looking pan shots.

An impression of how this looks like can be obtained in the new "Nehrim" trailer (at 0:20, 0:25, 0:51, 0:58 and 1:51):

Controls:
The movements are completely controlled via the console. Since this is intended just for mod developers, I didn't implement
a user friendly, but longwinded interface. With the help of the console, everything is done quickly and flexibly.

First you should deactivate the collision by typing tcl. Otherwise you'll encounter some problems when lifting up ;-)

For the VERTICAL MOVEMENT, type

Set L to (value)

whereas (value) expresses any number. A positive value causes a movement upwards, a negative value pulls you downwards. The
smaller/bigger the value is, the slower/faster the movement will be. The velocity a special value entails depends on your
framerate. A good choice for the beginning is 4, afterwards you can adjust at will.

For the ROTATION, type

Set R to (value)

whereas (value) expresses any number. A positive value causes a rotation to the left, a negative value to the right. The
smaller/bigger the value is, the slower/faster the movement will be. What velocity a special value entails depends on your
framerate. A good choice for the beginning is 0.5, afterwards you can adjust at will.

In order to stop the movement(s), just set the value(s) back to 0.
