The file adds Letter+number tags to the beginning of all spell names. This makes it easy to tell what level and school a spell is (for buying from NPC\'s) and so that the spells will sort themselves by school and level in your inventory and in merchants lists. the esp is intended to work with the latest version of OOO, but it causes no problems with earlier versions or with vanilla oblivion
Just copies the esp into your Oblivion/data forlder :)
