Arthas Menethil pre-deathknight save file. Starts at the end of the sewers.
To install it, pop it in My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves
Used Beautiful People mod (mystic elf male) and Natural Faces. Ignore warning about missing data, required temporary custom race fix to get into the sewers.
I obviously used the Frostmourne mod as you can tell in the pictures, it was inspiration as I needed a character to go with it :) It can be found at:
