This is simply a craptastic mod that makes that useless Flare spell actually interesting. basically it drains fatigue 99999 for two seconds. Basically you can cast it while running and fall on your face for comic effect. I changed Flare because I haven\'t figured out spell placement. This is basically just for fun.
