Notepad++ recognizes the suffix .tes as Oblivion scripts.
This release also includes OBSE v0012 script definitions, which appear as red in the scripts so that anyone using the Construction Set Wiki to write scripts will know if the script function is in the Vanilla script functions or if they need OBSE installed to write the scripts.
