This is a pretty simple mod, and my first, so don't be too critical. It adds a free house (ALMOST identical to the waterfront shack) that is accessed by a teleportation pad on the top floor of the abandoned house in Cheydinhall. It has a few useful touches than any character can find useful. For one, it has both altars of spell making/enchanting in it's basement and a very useful chest on the first floor. Also in the basement is access one of the test developer cells that was for whatever reason left in the esm file. There is access to two of these cells, one from the basement of the shack and one that is a little harder to find. Think Santa Claus :]
