It's just the Imperial skin, with a few different eyes and hair.
Stats are different, so are skills and starting powers.
Just extract to the Data file for Oblivion
I've also enabled the Dremora race, but I've not added any text description about it, so your on your own.
Current Known Problems;
There are 2 Birth Signs named The Shadow, the first one (at the top of the list) doesn't work yet, the second on is the
one in the game and is useable.
Do not choose any class that gives you spells, they will erase the lesser powers that you start with.
If you know of any way to fix these tell me how, and I'll give you credit.
