This mod adds a house near Hale in the Shivering Isles. The home is equipped with ample display/storage areas and includes a small deck plus swimming pool. However, you'll have to retrieve the key, as it seems the previous owner went and got himself killed in some near-by ruins, leaving all the entrances locked and his corpse with the key.

UPDATE: Version 1.1 includes a travel mapmarker and makes the house key easier to find in the dungeon.
