FIRST OF ALL
THIS IS NOT A MOD!
This is a set of instructions on how to get the coloured local map!
1) Open "My Documents"
2) Go to "My Games"
3) Open Oblivion folder
4) Open the Oblivion.ini in Notepad
5) Search (Ctrl + F) for 'blocalmapshader'
6) Next to blocalmapshader it will have a 1 change that to a 0
7) Save oblivion.ini
8) Open your Oblivion game
9) Enjoy new coloured local map.

there is a .zip file containing a .txt (notepad document)
with the same instruction.
