This mod adds a large manor house/estate north of weye/wawnet inn just outside of the imperial city. This house was inspired by the Lord Drad\\\'s and Lord Rugdump\\\'s estates, which i always liked but there never was an estate type of house mod so i decided to make my own. This is my first mod but its been extensivley tested and i know

Permissions and credits
This mod adds a large manor house/estate north of weye/wawnet inn just outside of the imperial city. This house was inspired by the Lord Drad\'s and Lord Rugdump\'s estates, which i always liked but there never was an estate type of house mod so i decided to make my own. This is my first mod but its been extensivley tested and i know what im doing. The house is free, there is no quest or anything just head to wawnet inn or weye and u should spot it easily.

It Adds:

large manor house
stable
servants quarters (no servants or guards yet but im looking to do this for next release)
2 fields filled with vegetables and crops

The House Includes:

display cases
chests
a small mage/alchemical area
a large basement and storage area
a warrior/training area in the basement
upper class furniture and misc items, no unbalancing items

ALL CONTAINERS ARE SET TO NON RESPAWNING, NOTHING RESPAWNS SO STORE YOUR THINGS WHEREVER YOU WANT

Bugs/Compatablity:

built using latest oblivion patch 1.2
THIS MOD CHANGES AN AREA OUTSIDE THE IC THATS USED IN OTHER HOUSE MODS SO THERE MAY BE SOME COMPATIBILY ISSUES

Installation:
Simply drop the esp into your data folder, enable it and start oblivion.

Future Plans:

i plan on creating a new version featuring servants/guards to work the fields and patrol the estate and i also want to add some type of quest or price tag to obtain the house but i still need to learn how to add npcs and quests

History:

v1.0 initial release
v1.1 quick fix for floating chair and high fence
v1.2 quick fix for basement issue
v1.3 big changes: sheepfold added, landscape improvements
v1.4 big changes: storage area under stairs removed, large new completely redone basement with a door instead of a hatch (it works perfectly), small path grid tweaks, sheepfold removed (it will be moved and included in the next big release)

the next release will be a major improvement adding servant and guard npcs, a quest to get the house, and the sheepfold will be returned in a better location
