The city contains of 7 Skingrad styled houses. None of them got an interior. The world cell the city is in is named TestWorldMe, as I never got the time to change the name. If you want to test the city in game, there should be a map marker available for you and ready to be traveled a bit south of the Imperial City.
The reason I release this as a modders resource is that I no longer got the time working on it, as I now am a project leader on a far more larger project named Blackwater Isle.
