This most simple of bare-bones mods adds a female Dunmer merchant named "Merchant" to the Imperial City Market District, by The Best Defense. Her quirks include buying of stolen goods, no merchant chest (thus keeps everything you sell to her - use responsibly!), and 10,000 septims with which to buy items.
