The ancient Ayleids have long since disappeared, but their ruins haven't. Recently, A new Ayleid ruin has been discovered, and it is the most in tact one yet: The ancient city of Tolawayl.
To start the Quest, Talk to Rolaro in the Imperial City Market District
This Mod is a large dungeon with 4 levels as well as multiple quests. There is plently to explore and the reward for completing the main Tolawayl Quest could help rebuild the city.

Sewer Part 2:
The other part of the sewer systems. More to explore, more treasure.
Tavern:
The ruins of a tavern. There is a ghostly bartender there.
Weapons shop/ armor shop
Ruins of ancient shops. There is treasure to be found here.
Quest:
Because of the nature of the quest, you must now start over, from the begining. Save files from inside the dungeons will no longer work (or they will put you in a tavern)
The quest is very long and includes some side quests. The quest ends in the rebuilding of the city. In order to make your way through the quest, you must talk to the Ghostly Bartender to get information.
Museum:
In the rebuilt city, the ayleid museum becomes your own private museum. Show off your treasures in a museum!
Rebuilt City Inhabited:
Added a total of 12 new NPCs (including shop keepers) to the Rebuilt City
Instalation
-----------
Unzip the Tolawayl.zip file into the oblivion/data folder. When you start the game, go to data
and activate TolawaylAyleidCity_Quest.esp.
IMPORTANT!!!
If you previously used the non quest version of the mod, deactivate it and activate TolawaylAyleidCity_Quest.esp
