2.5:I've added in a second Balance Enchantment menu option, this
option is for balancing enchantments that have Auto-Calc set.
Auto-Calc is default for any enchantments you create yourself
and might also be on other items. The reason for this new
method is that OBSE is not capable of disabling Auto-Calc for
enchantments at this time so I must clone a blank enchantment
without Auto-Calc and copy the effects.

If you're unable to balance an item use the "Balance Enchantment 2"
menu option. Note that this method creates a new form each time
so only use it once to prevent bloating of your save-game,
however small the bloat may be.

2.2: Added charge insurance for enchantment placing. If you place
an enchantment onto an item with zero charge, it will be
changed to the setting "iSoulLevelValueGrand" which would
be the charge of a Grand Soul Gem.

Also, fixed bug with slot selection. The mask value for the
Lower Body button was equal to that of the Upper Body button.

Also, from the testing I have done, I was not able to balance
a Steel Sword I enchanted with a Sigil Stone, even after
switching the enchantment with another item the enchantment
originating from the Sigil Stone still remained unbalanced.
If anyone finds otherwise please contact me with a PM on the
forums at "Inverness Moon"

2.1:Fixed bug and small oversight in the enchantment balancing.
When balancing an item the enchantment is copied to prevent
all other weapons that use that enchantment to be changed
when you change the item yourself. I forgot to also add
in script to clone your item itself so your item was the only
one that used the zero-cost enchantment. Also, changes to
uncloned forms are not saved with your game, this caused
the items enchantment to switch back to the uncloned form
when you reload your game.

2.0:This is a small addition to the mod, a third option for the
spell called Balance Enchantment. This simple function will
set your equipped weapon's charge to its maximum then set
its enchantment cost to zero. When the spell is completed
the remaining uses should be equal to the max charge. This
function was tested on a weapon and a staff without problems.

1. Description

*****************************************************************

This mod will add a spell (Lesser Power) shortly after you start
your game called Enchantment Master. This spell can be used to
remove enchantments from items, place enchantments on items, and
to balance (zero cost) enchantments on weapons.

I was inspired to make this mod because of the fact that
Nico's Dreadweave Armor was so cool and I just wanted my Mage's
Robes enchantments on it :)

2. Installation

*****************************************************************

To install the plugin, unzip the file into the "Data" directory
in your default Oblivion directory.
From the Oblivion Launcher, select the plugin in the list.

3. Usage Instructions

*****************************************************************

The spell is rather easy to use once you get the hang of it.
The main requirement for using this is knowing what slots the item
you want to use the spell on ocupy. Since there is no uniform way
of marking items I've been forced to design the spell to use
bitmasking for equipped items featured in OBSE.

When you cast the spell you'll be presented with a menu asking
if you would like to remove an enchantment or place an enchantment.
You can not place an enchantment unless you have previously removed
one from an item, this mod is not for creating new enchantments.

After choosing either option you will be presented with the first
page of the Slot Selection window. This window is how you're going
to select the equipment slots that your item ocupies so OBSE can
find your item.

The process is rather simple, if your item occupies that slot,
click it once and it will be included in the search. DO NOT click
it again or it will completely change the options that you have
selected.

When you are finished selecting the slots to be included in the
search, you can click the Done button near the bottom. If this is
your first time using the spell you'll be presented with a window
asking you to confirm what you're doing. You can choose to not be
bothered by the window again if you wish.

Finally, if you selected Remove Enchantment and an object is found
with an enchantment, the spell will first check if the item is
cloned, meaning a custom item created by yourself. If the item is
not cloned the spell will remove the item and give you a clone of
it to prevent changes to that item from affecting all other
instances of that item in the world. If the item is not custom,
it will not be cloned since there would be no point. The removed
enchantment will be saved and can be replaced on the item using
the Place Enchantment choice or placed on another item.

Placing an enchantment works much the same, a clone will be made if
its not already a cloned item. As I stated before you must have first
removed an enchantment before being able to place one. If the item
you're placing an enchantment onto already has its own enchantment,
that enchantment will be removed and saved while your enchantment
is placed on the item. That feature allows you to easily switch
enchantments between items.

And on a final note, do not switch enchantments between weapons,
and armor. I have not tested this and don't plan on doing it.
If you choose to do this and corrupt/crash your game, blame noone
but yourself.
