Tes4++ requires Python 2.5 and wxPython

Tes4++ is a mod editing utility meant to compliment the construction set. Currently, it is able to load, edit, and save esp/esm files. It currently supported records are ACHR, ACRE, AMMO, ARMO, BOOK, BSGN, CLAS, CLOT, CREA, DIAL, ENCH, GLOB, GMST, SPEL, STAT, and WEAP. It can also convert esps to esms and vice versa. Tes4++ also has a search and replace function (batch editing) for ease in editing mod files. Tes4++ also supports mod version changing, from 0.8 to 1.0 and vice versa. This is an alpha version, so there is a lot that's not in here that will be here in future releases. As a result, use at your own risk and always back up your mod files. Tes4++ is distributed under The Educational Community License 1.0.

- Previously, fields only appeared on supported records if they had been placed there previously by the construction set, this is no more. For example, if you have a record that can have editor id, but currently doesn't, you are now able to give it one.
- You can now delete supported records. You can do this by left clicking on the record you want to delete, then right click and press delete on the pop up menu.
