Varrigfa Tu-Telvan, the legendary and mysterious Archmage of the Telvanni, and reputed author of \"The Lost Telvanni Codex\" fame, created a series of powerful artifacts known collectively as \"Varrigfa\'s Charms\". Perhaps no one would have known about these but, for reasons unclear, two such artifacts have recently emerged in Cyrodiil.

Varrigfa Tu-Telvan, the legendary and mysterious Archmage of the Telvanni, and reputed author of "The Lost Telvanni Codex" fame, created a series of powerful artifacts known collectively as "Varrigfa's Charms". Perhaps no one would have known about these but, for reasons unclear, two such artifacts have recently emerged in Cyrodiil. Varrifga's Ruby Amulet is reputed to be endowed with the power of ressurection, while Varrigfa's Travel Boots are said to grant the wearer the ability to travel at incredible speed and fly through the air. Naturally, the current owners of these items are reluctant to let them go and may not even reveal them, except to the sufficiently wealthy.
