Installation:
Copy the mesh folder into your oblivion/data directory. This mod does not add the creature into the game, you need to do it.
Things you need:
Shivering Isles - for the textures.
License:
Modify, manipulate, use and do whatever you want as long you give me credits for the original mesh. If you think you can improve this please let me know so all can use the better version. =)
