This is a quick fix for a problem that many people seem to be experiencing when leaving the boat. It worked for me, maybe it'll work for you. This is only a replacement .esp file, so you will need to download the full mod and extract it before this.
The first file's only change is the removal of what I've called the arch, which you can see as soon as you exit the boat and look to the left.
The second file has the same change as the first file, plus it has minor changes on the door exit script for your house at the beginning of the game. Try this version if you crash frequently when trying to exit your house. You won't need both files.
