This mod adds custom Half Elves player races based on Rens work. There are two types in the esp, a regular and a tattooed. The difference is strictly cosmetic and has no game-play effect.
I know this has been done before but I wanted a version for myself that I could just load up and play with out body texture or eye mesh issues.

I generated this mod with the Official Oblivion Patch and Rens Beauty Pack-Full. They were the ONLY mods installed at the time!
I have include two esp's. One for use with Rens Beauty Pack and another for those of you using Beautiful People. In the case of Rens, I have deleted the original Mystic Elves from my esp. That way you won't get mutiple copies of those races during character creation. For Beautiful People, use my esp instead of the original.
The ear meshes and textures are from my 4 New Races Mod. The new head meshes were created especially for this mod.
YOU WILL NEED ALL OF REN'S MESHES AND TEXTURES (whatever the source) FOR THIS MOD WORK PROPERLY!!!
I normally run about 40 mods, including NPC New ClothesV2.6 and I encountered no problems. I ran all the New Race Tests throught the Tutorial, and a few MQ, FG, and MG Quest Lines. Everything seemed to work.

Half Elves
The Half Elves of Tamriel are as varied as their progenitors. They may be first generation offspring of human and elvish parents, or they may trace their bloodlines back to High Rock and the Manmer of the First Era.

The ear meshes and textures are from Bethesda and reworked by me. The new head meshes are also Bethesda stock and redone by me as a pet project. Ren deserves a lion's share of the credit for making this mod possible. If any of the original mod authors are offended then I deeply apologize.
This is a custom race plugin that anyone with moderate CS and PhotoShop skills can do.
