About this mod
This mod adds a small house north of Leyawiin hidden in a rock. This is only my first mod so it\'s a bit choppy, but I tried, anyway, it has 3 places for storage, a table, a throne, and a little \"garden\" for you. Feel free to add to it, just give me credit for the idea, but anyone can smooth it up a bit. To install it, just place the .esp f

Feel free to add to it, just give me credit for the idea, but anyone can smooth it up a bit. To install it, just place the .esp file in the data folder of Oblivion, check it in mods, and find the place!
UPDATE! v 2.00
The house now contains a new room, a pool, which has a secret in it, and everything has been smoothed up a bit, still a wee bit not smooth.

Now the house has a map marker which makes it much easier to travel to it later.
