I've seen some horrible faces for High Elf males. Here's one that isn't. Forget the bony features and all that - this face has soft edges. It's the best High Elf male I've ever seen in Oblivion.

Strongly Recommended: Use Maboroshi Daikon's Natural Faces mod as your last-installed face mod to get the most out of this face. In particular, this face looks terrible in vanilla Oblivion or with Enalya's elf textures installed.
There are two ways to use this face in your game:
1. Bash It!
The best way to use this face is to install python, pythonw, and Wrye Bash so that you can import this face into your save game. You can get Wrye Bash here.
2. Load It!
The game is saved immediately after the initial character creation, so you get to play the tutorial with this face if you want. If you're gonna do it this way, just run the .exe after you download it and extract it to your My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves folder, then just load the saved game in Oblivion.
Technical Details
There are lots of plugins I ran when I created this save-game file. Just answer "yes" to any missing plugin warning. This save game was made with Oblivion running Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul 1.31c (which, for present purposes, is as up to date as it gets), so you will not need to use Wrye Bash to merge OOO into this save game.
This mod has been updated once so that you can play the game from the very start of the tutorial with this face, even before Valen Dreth starts mouthing off.
