Mountain Estate is located high in the mountains away from the pearls of the everyday issues with the worlds and realms. Mountain Estate is located high in the mountains away from the pearls of the everyday issues with the worlds and realms. This is a combination of both Tamerial and Shivering Isles, so you will need Shivering Isles to run this mod.
Exterior of Home:
The exterior of this home is very large. Although there is no real paths to the home, if you choose to leave, remember which way you got to the home or, teleport there via the map markers. This home is free, there is a key to open the door, on the property somewhere, as with my mods, I will leave a riddle for you to solve to find the key. There is plenty of sitting outside and very nice views of the rest of the areas. If you have not completed the main story line, there is an Oblivion Gate below you, so you can see them, but they cannot get to you. There are gardens throughout the property; this was done to add some life to this mountain area. The stable here is loaded with some hay, as well as plenty of room to house your horse. What home is complete without a holding cell for those troublesome companions, the key for this is the same for the home, so again, if you want to get into the home, start looking. There is a private deck on the estate leading back into the home, enjoy the view from here. Although there are some trees on this estate property, that is simply to bring life up here.
Interior of Home:
This home is in 3 parts. Upper level, middle level, Lower level basement.
The Upper level of the home is a master bedroom. There is sleeping to 2 up there, and storage displays through the upper half of the home; 2 Studies as well as doors to the private deck. You will find a fireplace up here, which provides most of the light for the upstairs.
The Middle level or living rooms as most know to them, has a rather large table for 4 as well as food and drinks. Both the foods and drinks are of the highest quality, simply because I don’t drink anything less. Lighting though the home in the middle level, is vastly done by candles as well as the fireplace; This in turns brings natural lighting to a dim area.
The lower level of the home is companion safe, and can sleep 2 companions. There is a Alchemy work area, a study, and a office area. The areas are broken down into private areas, although still being open.
Storage:
All chest, cupboards, drawers are set for safe storage. There is plenty of display cases around the home for you to store things and display.

Yes this home is companion safe.
Riddle:
I lay in front of the symbol of imperial woman freedom. Here there is mixture of shrubs to surround me. The smell of Pine is near.

Installation:
To install this mod simply open Oblivion/data folder and put in the Esp.
Uninstall:
To uninstall simple delete the Mountain Estate Esp.
