About this mod

This mod, to put it bluntly, adds a fully furnished buyable shack to the Imperial City waterfront. A once off payment of 5000 gold at the Office of Imperial Commerce and it\'s yours. The shack comes with a bed, a desk, bookshelves, a fireplace, tables (dining and display), plenty of storage, some covered pots for ingredients and a lovingly crafte

Permissions and credits
This mod, to put it bluntly, adds a fully furnished buyable shack to the Imperial City waterfront. A once off payment of 5000 gold at the Office of Imperial Commerce and it's yours. The shack comes with a bed, a desk, bookshelves, a fireplace, tables (dining and display), plenty of storage, some covered pots for ingredients and a lovingly crafted (by the previous owner :)) exterior. It doesn't replace the existing waterfront house.
