Goal is to try and balance the races and make them abit more then just Bretons------------>female Orcs-->races with low personality---->then everyone else, for race balance, while still trying to keep in the spirt of the original race design.

What started with just giving imperials +10 endurance instead of +10 personality ended up changing almost all race attributes around, changed personality alot so it doesn't take away as much from combat skills and all around for hopefully more gameplay balance, and to give all races a decent passive ability, with hopefully not unbalancing anything.

Also hopefully not adding powers that aren't to overpowered that make people want to sit and wait 24 hours before moving forward.

All skills end up as 45 and all attributes end up as 320 with 325 for females who get +5 personality except for orcs.

I also resized the races weight and height to what Martigan's Race's Resized.esp values are.



-------------New Abilitys--------------------
Imperial +5 hand to hand changed to +5 block
Imperial Given new passive *Defensive* passive 5% shield
New Voice of the Emperor: changed to 50 foot radius, 30 charm, gives you a 30 second 10 personality and speechcraft boost.

Argonian +10 security changed to +10 sneak.

New Breton Dragonskin lowered from 60 seconds to 30, Changed shield from 50% to 60%
New Breton Magick Resistance from 50% to 25% with 25% against each element, to try and keep them from becoming immune to everything with pure magic resist as easily without hurting them to much, might still need tweaking.

Dark Elves given new power *Escape* 50 speed and athletic boost at the cost of all there combat skills -100 for the duration

New passive to orcs *Hardy*, 5% normal weapon resist 10% paralyze resist

New Power Remedy added to woodelves, once a day cure of disease/poison
New Beast Tongue, increased max level to 25 and set it to 300 seconds (5 minutes) with 5 foot radius so its harder to miss.

Added 25 more magick to High Elves.
Added Arcane Channeling power to High Elves,
costs 125 magick to use 30 second long duration +25 to elemental resistance and +7 to each elemental shield and gain +3 magicka regen for 30 seconds

New passive for khajit, *Khajit Fur* 25% frost resist 10% fire resist

place Uber's Uber Race Rebalance in the data folder and select it like any .esp
For the modified Nords with beards with updated racial traits and sizes, if you already have it overwrite the old .esp with the new one, if you don't then download the mod here http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=8405 and overwrite there esp with mine if you want the slightly updated weights heights and willpower
=======Compatibility===
Good idea to not use other mods that modify old race stats along side this one, whichever loaded further down will overwrite the older.

Some ideas I had for the mod were:
Had the idea to add a sprint toggle for redguards, but I believe there are mods that do that add sprint buttons and I don't know how to create a toggle yet.

Arcane Channeling I hope is balanced, used to be +50 to each element for a minute plus everything else, but I don't want to add any powers that make you want to stop and wait before continuing.

Had the idea to add a power called Mirror Scales to argonians, would be a 75% spell reflect for 2-3 seconds and cost alot of magick, but feared it would be either to overpowered and kept on forever or to hard to time for any use.
Would work best if made into a toggle ability that drains health/magick maybe fatique.
