Go read the description for the plain vanilla original mod if you need a description, this mod is based off of that and just levels the Shivering Isles content.
Included are two .esp's. "Quest Award Leveling SI.esp" levels everything, including all the amber/madness forged items. The other .esp does not level the amber/madness items. Use one or the other, whichever suits your fancy.
