I love Skingrad, it's my favorite vanilla city. But then when you add Better Cities to it, it's just beautiful. Very "old world city" feel to it. I love the angle of the picture. ">
Great comment, I really appreciate you taking the time, Thank you. I feel the same way about the rating situation. It seems like people are only interested in a screenshot if there is some scantily-clad or nude female in it. It's really quite sad and pathetic.
Beautiful composition. A lot of the elements in here have integrated well to make the picture. Good angle on the location, appropriate lighting, well coordinated colours. I can almost feel myself walking traveling through the alley.
I'm still surprised more of the well thought out pictures around here don't get their deserved ratings or a rating at least. It was a shame to have your 'A Little Bit of Beauty' close-up pulled off the top 25. Well, to each their own I guess.

Skingrad is the best city of Cyrodiil, such Balmora is in Morrowind.
But with Better Cities, Skingrad is more beautiful!
