About this image
Bri followed the winding mountain road to the west, fending off packs of imps and scamps that seemed to infest the path. Parched and low on water, she was glad to come around a bend and into the view of a massive wall.
Dune was big, bigger even than the sprawling Riverhold to the north and possibly rivaling the Imperial City. Built between two hills, and well-protected by a massive adobe wall with a single gate, were dozens of small pueblos- shops, homes, warehouses. They formed concentric rings centered on the northern hill, which was crowned by an ornate palace with a spire easily fifty feet high.
Bri gazed slack-jawed as Stella plodded forth. Even Chief seemed hard-pressed to take it all in.

This area, unfortunately, is locked and apparently still a WIP. The view from above is amazing enough, and a testament to the quality of the mod.

Nice, unusual place.
There is a way to get in if you follow one of the walls all the way to the top and scale over it. Inside how ever it is as you said still a WIP. Only open building you can enter is the guards barracks and its got nothing but a few beds, Not even a torch to light the place.
A very good reasons for programmers to look into fixing the place up?
Thats an awesome shot! love it!
