With one last chattering breath, the behemoth dreugh finally fell. Brianna breathed a heavy sigh of relief, then set to tending Chief's wounds. Looking around, she saw it- a simple wooden door, bright sunlight shining through its planks. With Chief back up she tucked away the medical supplies and crept forth.

Brianna reached for the latch, Pelinal's sword at her side, ready for whatever new foe lie beyond. She pushed forward and stepped out through the threshold-

Into paradise.

Lost Spires

This area comes right after a fight with a supercharged, supersized land dreugh in the Lost Spires quest chain. The big bug did indeed take down my poor buddy Chief before I finally brought him down; it was quite the fight for my elf. It was worth it, tho- the end chamber has quite a view, and the dreugh's massive head now sits on display in my house.
