That's from Morrowind. Remember the character ganeration questions that Socucius asks? There is one with a sweetroll ("Three thugs attack you and demand your sweetroll, whatchagun' do?")

I remember the second half of this story, that baker must have a deal where he ends up sending a few to many people to the healer/dentist.
