Joe is never going to find the Emperor's lost heir. He will never even lead a guild. He's lucky he even made it out of the starter dungeon.

You see Joe is my first character, being played with a pure vanilla OB install. That's right, no mods whatsoever. Vanilla, meaning nothing added (but oddly enough the most popular flavor of ice cream).

Joe is my guinea pig. I'm learning from Joe what I like and don't like about OB so I can mod it to death and make it a more enjoyable game. I'm sure my future pics will be of some buxom babe with high detail graphics. But no matter what other characters I play, Joe will always be a part of them. It's because of Joe I will learn how to do things, where to go, what NOT to do. What to wear, what not to wear, what weapon to use, etc. From Joe I will learn most of the basics to this game.

So, I wanted to give Joe a small tribute. Just something to say; "Here's to you Joe. No one will remember you but you're posted here for all posterity."

    As much as Joe's super cool, I highly recommend designing a character you'll want to look at for a while. The first time going through some of those guild quests you'll be in a trance-best to experience it with a character with an identity.

    Or not. It's up to you. But us roleplayers understand each other, y'know? <img class=">

    It won't take long for you to come to hate the whole "world scales to your level" with a burning passion. Especially since you're coming from the awesomeness that is modded Morrowind.

    Vanilla is only the most popular flavor because of the existence of pie.
