This is Rakesh, my main character. He is a High-Elf (Altmer) and can be downloaded as a savegame file by accessing my profile page a browsing my files. He's part of a project i'm working on called "Masculine Characters." which currently has five installments. Altmer, Bosmer, Nord, Imperial and Redgaurd.
The Project was started somewhat out of frustration because I couldn't find any Male characters or races that fit the bill I was looking for in a "PC" so I decided to work on some myself using nothing but Oblivion's Character Creation, and I think they turned out ok. In the picture you see here, the face has nothing added in terms of meshes or textures. It was done using only the sliders. The hair and gear are obviously from other mods, but the faces require nothing but the original Oblivion to play.

I dont mean tobe a complete shovanist, but the girls seem to have more 'life' about them
I had not known you had released an altmer version. I've been making my own pack of male companions and I'm definately missing an altmer. You did a fantastic job on him! Thanks for sharing!
