Thought I couldn't find the female pose in Thumbnails. Thx for the link, and about the language-problem, I think there is some way to change the Menu-Names in the construction set. Just rename them to something that makes sense.
You are right, I used another mod as a complement for the dark elf. The male has a mod from pose thumbnail ( I can't remember which one... try the "stand" postures. )

This is an animation mod(russian... don't worry i don't understand a word either and I manage to use it). It is intended to work on naked females, otherwise there are some cliping problems. You can trick that to make it work with light clothes like I did.
