Yeah been playing with making my own ESM for my own mods.
I Even copied the testworld to see how some mods fit together. Such as Mr_Siikas Highrock Resources, Strotis new castle wall resource, and Bowerstone Houses.
I've also been looking at the ESO world map for cities that where there to introduce into Oblivion. Places like Riverwatch, Castle Alessia, Castle Black Boot and making Cropsford into open city/state.
