   Interesting.
   Maybe you can also make a hut mod located in the Rumare lake close to Weye? I need it but can't find any of that kind.

      Would you like to have the house located in Weye? Kind of in the same style as the buildings already there? Shouldn't be too much work and I could probably make a "renewed" version of Weye, adding more details to it, etc.

      About the house I thought of a cabin or a house at the water's edge with a pier. Only that but more around if you personally want to add some stuff.

      I think its self made and not available for download, I think Darigaz17 has made the textures for her face.

      Base head is FFhead but the textures are custom as stated, not sure if its based on daris stuff but still.

      Yes the mesh for the head is FFRace. Texture is made from several other face textures (including stuff from Sims and Skyrim). Most credits go to Room207 and Darigaz17 for getting all of this into Oblivion.
      Eyes are available on one of the Oblivion Adult modder websites (I converted from Moonshadow Elves).
