Well, thanks! Sorry to disappoint, however. This isn't how my game really looks, either. For this shot, I actually waited for a lightning to illuminate the sky and my character. Afterwards, I edited this pic a bit more (brightness, contrast) and if that wasn't enough, I forgot which enb I'm using. I installed it ages ago and lost track. ^^ Sorry.
On the bright side: I just checked, I barely installed any graphics or lighting mods. So, your chances of getting your Oblivion to look even a lot better are pretty high. Just pick some nice enb and some pretty outfits, then let's go!
