In the second picture, what's this round(-ish) structure a little bit right from the center, I wonder.

Concerning the second image... that's actually a tree. Or a bush... thing. It comes from Oblivion Trees Overhaul. Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of those trees (bush things). I've tried removing them from my game, but they persist!
