These girls are based on FFRace (loverslab, google search blogs, etc..)
OCO faces are good too if you wanna go with "skyrimized" faces. Head06 races like moonshadow, kaleen, synx (and ton of others) also have fine heads that you can actually transform to your needs.
What head base i personally cant edit to my liking is what high imperials have..
I believe my favourites would be #2 and #4. May I ask where you took the the second image? That's a very interesting looking bedroom.
