I have looked at quite a few japanese blogs but can't find this download anymore.  Not even sure who made it.  I thought it was Nailflan but don't see it on his website or in any of his released sets.

Any help would be great.  I really want the battleship sidekick.  Think this outfit was inspired by Kantai Collection which is an anime about Anthropomorphic Naval Ships...  

If you have this or know where it can be dl'd from and/or know who actually created it, let me know.

    The costume is BeruTeira's work.
    Mascot was made by Nailflan.
    It is a work that was distributed four years ago, but the link seems to be missing now.

      You'd be surprised, I want to say that it varies from source to source. Some characters he's done he's stuck to something close to the source like these I've collected which show characters from Sakura Wars, Log Horizon and a few others including the one your looking at.
