It's a japanese clothing mod made by Q-Ta called "Green 3/4 sleeves". The armor comes in blue and green. It's pretty old but looks good still and is for HGEC bodies.
Thanks! I will see if I can hunt it down for the future.... I use Robert's, which I like a lot.. but I've come to regret my choice, because there is so much more made for HGEC, and I don't have the talent to do conversions, alas.
After some hoops and the fun of Google Translate I just tracked it down, thanks for the offer though
Yeah.... I think I went with Robert's because I prefer the slimmer (in places ) body... However, given that HGEC actually has quite a few options in that regard, it was probably a silly thing to do. However, I'm locked in now, and it would be way too much of a hassle to change, so I just make do.
I found it by landing on this page: http://ihavenogreeting.blog100.fc2.com/blog-entry-47.html.. which led to: http://www.4shared.com/archive/D9dVCkqx/ups31871_Green_34_sleeves_for_.html
While Opera is my default browser, I find Chrome really good for hunting down non-English mods, because you can set it to automatically translate when coming across pages written in Japanese, Russian etc.

If you don't mind my asking, what armour is she wearing?

HGEC has all the armor and clothing mods XD. You need to do HGEC for female and Roberts for male only.
