About this image

Testing (first ingame test) the 2nd coming of the Duelist mash-up (<- available at my old site)...doesn't look like much but considering this thing has been in Blender's limbo (alongside my inspiration and will to mod) for like...what...3 weeks now?...actually getting it out of there and testing it ingame is a big achievment.

What's so wrong with testing modding stuff at 5 AM? My boss recently keeps me at work until at least 4 AM in the night, so that's about quite the time where I usually say "stuff it" in my mind, quit the job work and give modding another run for like 1 or 2 hours at last.

Sure, it adds to sleep deprivation, but you need at least "some" moments away from work these days, no? ;P

And if that ^ is what comes from you finishing things up late at night (or in early morning already rather?), then I can only say go for it!

There is nothing wrong with it xD From midnight to 3/4/5 am, it's literally a modding heaven, no noise, no distractions (well...maybe youtube), it's awesome, what is not awesome, is when you have to be up at 7am so you can rush to work and then spend the rest of the day in a zombie like state xD

Not any later than 1 PM. I try to get at least my 8 hours of sleep, but usually it's only 5 or 6 rather than that. Working from at home and without any definitive work times opens you up for all kinds of random job assignments at every time the day, and also the night.

And when the work phone rings at 3 AM, with a new task to be done until the morning, it doesn't really matter anymore if you're in bed already or not.

@Darigaz: I copy that modding heaven notion though, it indeed is one around that time. This zombie like state you mention is not unknown to me either, but gladly I don't have any fixed schedules, like I told, so there's not really a time I definitely need to be up. *phew*

@ DrakeTheDragon - man this just simply sounds like employment slavery. You gotta have boundaries. I'm sorry to hear this. They are definitely taking advantage of you.

There's nothing wrong with modding at 5 AM! I did it last night when I tried to make a house mod for Morrowind. Although there is the danger of not being able to think because you're so tired... like I was last night. Needless to say... I didn't get much done.

There is even a bigger danger, losing yourself in watching random youtube videos, your brain will be toast and nothing will be done xD

Darigaz17 have you thought about loaning some of that talent to the TESRenewal modding group aka the skyblivion team, i am sure they can use that advance modding mind of yours to speed things up, thats Just my two cents my friend..lol

Talent...eh...nope...Advanced modding mind...also nope xD What I make are just mash-ups (I can make other things but...too lazy), I pick pieces from here and there and merge them into something like in the shot above, it's no different than a kid playing with Lego, I don't think thats the kind of help they need XD

      soon^tm XD

This was just the first ingame test, lots of stuff needs to be fixed, and those metal bracers are probably going to be replaced with something else, they make, like, almost half of the nif size xD (currently at 5.8mb aka will hurt your fps)

Oh, how I love all of your cloting and armors... please can you do an exception in doing it with an esp file, so I would play it in game. This one is really my prefered over all.

I usually shy awayt from making the esp because people are generally never happy with either the stats, the location, etc...but yeah, I can open an exception for this one, in fact...I have an idea, you can choose the stats of the armor and it's location
