So I once posted that Galatia had a true love. Apollinaris Damonn Valerius, A commissioned sailor in the imperial navy who had promised to give up his ship, position and life style to marry her.
On the 12th of Frostfall he set sail for the last time in his life in hopes to return to her that they might start their lives together. But come later that month Galatia was told the sad news. Her love had gone down with the ship off the coast of Greenshade when a sudden Typhoon caught them off guard two hours from Seaside Sanctuary.
Every year on the 20th of Frostfall on the anniversary of his death she visits a small grave in the Green Emperor Way that is set apart to sailors that have lost their lives at sea. She ask a single pray of the nine divines that Apollo survived and will return to her. She would ask that he is in a better place, happy, and waiting for her. But to do so would lead to her seeking her own death to join him.
