You're right, it looks similiar. In fact this blurry vision isn't the only effect applied when the character is drunk. High alcohol level makes any moving hard and risky. When drunk character tries to walk or run, camera begins to move aside slowly, so you must correct the moving direction every few seconds. The character also falls down unconscious frequently. All these effects come from "Basic Primary Needs" mod. My dearest friend Favle tried to fight when her character was drunk. It was unforgettable experience!
